3. Non-Eligible Items:
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered are not eligible for return or exchange.

📝 How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. Authorization Process:
Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with the return instructions.

3. Prepare Your Package:
Pack the product securely in its original condition and clearly mark the RA number on the package.

4. Ship It Back:
Send the product to the return address shared by our team.
(Return shipping charges apply unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.)

🚚 Return Shipping

1. If it’s a personal choice (wrong size, change of mind): Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

2. If it’s our error (defective or incorrect item): We’ll cover the return shipping charges.

1. Returns:
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing. We’ll keep you updated via email.

2. Exchanges:
Upon successful inspection, your replacement item will be shipped within 7 business days.

💸 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to exchange your item.
However, if your requested replacement is out of stock, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
